Bulk Lentils

Lentils come in green, brown or red color.  Green lentils are flat, disk shaped, have a size of about 1/8 of an inch.  This type is grown in the Northwest.  Brown Lentils are smaller than green lentils and are plump in shape.  This variety is imported.  Whole red lentils are about 1/8 inch in size, have a salmon color and are grown in the Pacific Northwest.
